I am Mike Sauter, an Assistive Technology and Alternate Media Specialist, trainer, and presenter with more than 25 years of experience supporting students with disabilities in higher education. My work is centered on practical solutions that improve access, strengthen learning, and help colleges respond to the changing landscape of accessibility and emerging technology.
Over the years, I have worked closely with students, faculty, and staff to support accessible materials, assistive technology, alternate media, and inclusive learning environments. More recently, that work has expanded into training, presentations, AI tools, accessibility resources, and collaborative projects designed to solve real-world challenges in education.
